You will be asked to provide information regarding your Organization when applying for a Foundation Grant for your Organization and this may include personal information such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, in addition to information relating to your Organization.

You can access and browse certain portions of the Site without disclosing Personal Information, although, like most websites, we passively collect certain information from your mobile phone, tablet computer, computer and/or similar devices, such as your IP address, when you browse and use the Site.[A1] 

Our servers (which are hosted by a third-party service provider) collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit to the Site. We also use cookies and URL information to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the information for which you searched and which you viewed. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. Children’s Information

If you are submitting an application for a grant, it must not include any information or material (name, photograph, address, etc.) that could be used to identify a particular child under the age of 18, unless you also provide proof of consent by the child’s parent or legal guardian.

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected and to comply with applicable laws and your consent to such purpose remains valid after termination of our relationship with you.  We will however retain grant applications and related documents and materials (which may include personal information) in our archives in accordance with our data retention policies, which we may revise from time to time.  Currently we retain denied applications for three years and accepted applications for seven years.

Limit the Personal Data You Provide. You can still use the Site without providing any Personal Information or by limiting the Personal Information you provide. If you choose not to provide any Personal Information or limit the Personal Information you provide, you may not be able to file a grant application or use certain other features of the Site.

Changing or Deleting Your Information. If you would like us to change, update or delete your information, you must send us an email noting the information you would like updated or removed. However, even if you request that we delete or change your Personal Information, we may retain your Personal Information in conformance with our data retention policy and there may be residual Personal Information that remains within our Site or third-party sites’ databases, access logs, and other records. In addition, we are not responsible for updating or removing your Personal Information contained in the lists or databases of third parties who have been provided information as permitted by this Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we advise you otherwise.
